Gratitude can transform common days into-thanksgiving
Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions there is for bringing what you desire into your life. When a person thinks about the things, people and experiences they’re grateful for, their awareness of the good in their life increases, and they start to feel good.
What you focus on increases, so the more you feel good about all there is to be grateful for, the more good stuff shows up.
You could make a list right now of some of the things you feel grateful for, and then think about them if you ever start to worry about what you haven’t got. If you can’t think of anything to be grateful for, close your eyes and take three deep breaths. The answer will come!
